30 Minute Spicy Miso Ramen

This recipe is so easy and lends itself to the coziest bowl of ramen. This is perfect for a rainy day or just a cozy day at home.

Soup Base Ingredients:
– 1 tablespoon chili garlic oil
– 1 big tablespoon miso paste
– 1 tablespoon chili crunch
– 1 tablespoons olive oil
– 4-5 cups of chicken stock
– 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
– 2 minced garlic cloves

Veggies (feel free to substitute with your favorite):
– chopped green onions
– broccoli
– kale
– corn
– mushrooms
– kimchi

Noodles:
– 1 pack of noodles per person (these can be ready made noodles from a local Japanese store or dry noodles. Cook according to the package)

Steps:
1. Chop up your veggies and set them aside
2. Heat up the olive oil and then put the rest of the soup base ingredients (except the chicken stock) into the pot and cook until fragrant.
3. Mix in the chicken stock and let all of the delicious flavors boil together.
4. Saute the veggies of your choice in olive oil and set aside.
4. Boil the noodles in a pot of water for the cooking time on package
5. Scoop the noodles into your bowl and scoop the chicken stock into the bowl
6. Place the veggies and toppings of your choosing into the ramen and enjoy!
